      Three-Dimensional Flow Impeller

      • High-Quality Material: Made of AL7075 aviation forged aluminum, with a backward-curved integral design. The impeller is a semi-open type and is directly connected to the motor shaft.
      • Rigorous Testing: Processed by a five-axis machining center and undergoes static and dynamic balance tests according to ISO 1940 standards. The surface is treated with chromic acid anodization for corrosion protection. It has sufficient strength and stiffness, ensuring a safety margin of more than 1.2 times under the maximum speed operating conditions. The efficiency of the centrifugal impeller is not less than 80% within the range of ±20% of the rated volume flow.

      • Fully Oil-Free: The unit is completely oil-free, eliminating the need for oil systems, oil pumps, and other components. Without lubricating oil in the refrigerant, the unit does not require the oil pressure difference necessary for ordinary compressors, and the energy efficiency is increased by more than 8% compared to traditional units.

      Main Components of the Air Compressor

      • Volute: Made of cast aluminum, processed by an imported heat treatment center. It has passed a hydraulic pressure test of 1.3 times the maximum working pressure for 30 minutes without leakage, ensuring the safety of the volute.
      • Cooling System: To extend the service life of the high-speed motor and motor stator and rotor, an air-cooling + water-cooling cooling system is adopted. The air-cooling system can provide clean filtered air for equipment cooling after passing through the imported filter, with a filtration standard reaching European G4 and F6 standards. A filter differential pressure sensor is installed at the imported filter and the data is displayed in real-time on the screen.
      • High-Efficiency Inverter: An independently developed high-frequency inverter for high-speed permanent magnet motors, with strong adaptability, low motor heat generation, high efficiency, and a self-generation function to provide strong protection for the magnetic levitation motor in case of sudden power outages.

In case of faults, the equipment can automatically stop running. The control system is designed based on the fail-safe operation principle and is concentrated in a cabinet with signal connection ports. It can automatically adjust pressure, flow, etc.
      • Remote Monitoring: It can remotely monitor the equipment operation status and intelligent regulation in real-time. When the customer has a central control system, the company provides transferable signals; when there is no central control system, the customer can purchase it separately.

      • Corrosion Prevention and Replacement of Electrical Components: The magnetic bearing controller circuit board and connectors are treated with anti-corrosion coatings (plating layers) to be moisture-proof, leakage-proof, shock-proof, dust-proof, corrosion-proof, and anti-aging.
