The "Environmental Protection Equipment Science and Technology Award" is a science and technology award established by the China Association of Machinery Industry for Environmental Protection (CAMIE) in accordance with the provisions of the "Regulations on National Science and Technology Awards" and the "Measures for the Administration of Science and Technology Awards Established by Social Forces". Recommendation Reasons:
This project is a new equipment formed by independent research and development, with 36 authorized invention patents and high integrated innovation and independent innovation technologies. The project team has overcome four major technical problems of magnetic levitation energy-saving technologies, namely, the high-speed stable suspension support system, the high-efficiency magnetic levitation power drive system, the high-efficiency long-life compression system, and the remote operation and maintenance system, and formed the magnetic levitation blower, which has significant characteristics such as no friction, high rotation speed, low noise, and long life. Replacing the original Roots blower, it can save more than 30% of energy, reduce the noise to below 80 decibels, and has a designed service life of up to 20 years. It has reached the international leading level, broken the foreign technical monopoly, realized the substitution of imports, and is a typical representative of new productive forces, opening up a new track for China's energy conservation, carbon reduction, and green environmental protection development.

Project Introduction
"Reaching peak carbon emissions by 2030 and achieving carbon neutrality by 2060" is a solemn commitment made by China to the world. Accelerating the green transformation of the development mode, adhering to ecological priority, promoting positive development through green transformation, resolutely curbing the blind development of high-energy-consuming and high-emission projects, and promoting the wide application of energy-saving, carbon-reducing and environmental protection products are important environmental protection measures in China. General machinery is an important transformation area for China's green and low-carbon development. As a typical representative of general machinery, blowers are widely used in high-energy-consuming industries such as sewage treatment, cement, paper making, chemical industry, steel, thermoelectricity, food, and medicine. However, traditional Roots blowers have industry pain points such as complex structure, high energy consumption, and high noise. Greatly improving the efficiency of blowers is the key to promoting low-carbon environmental protection and developing a green economy. The project team has spent more than ten years tackling key problems and innovatively developed the magnetic levitation blower to replace imports. It has characteristics such as no contact wear, high rotation speed, low noise, and long life. Compared with traditional blowers, it can save more than 30% of energy, reduce the noise to below 80 decibels, and has a designed life of up to 20 years. It is a typical representative of new productive forces and has opened up a new track for China's energy conservation, carbon reduction, and green environmental protection development.
After being appraised by academicians and experts, the technical level of the project results has reached the international leading level. It has been rated as one of the "Top Ten Scientific and Technological Achievements" in Shandong Province, and has won provincial and ministerial awards such as the First Prize for Technological Invention in Shandong Province and the First Prize for Scientific and Technological Progress of the China Light Industry Federation. It has been included in the encouragement category of the "Guidance Catalogue for Industrial Structure Adjustment (2024 Edition)", the "National Green and Low-Carbon Transformation Industry Guidance Catalogue (2024 Edition)", the national "Energy Efficiency Star" equipment product catalogue, the "Green Technology Promotion Catalogue (2020)", and the "National Industrial Energy-Saving Technology and Equipment Recommendation Catalogue (2022)"; It has been included in the typical cases of key energy-saving technology applications of the National Energy Conservation Center and has become an important support for achieving the "dual carbon" goal.

Innovation Points
Innovation Point 1: Developed a high-speed stable suspension support system, which uses magnetic levitation bearings to suspend and support the motor rotor. It has significant characteristics such as no mechanical friction, high rotation speed, and low noise, and realizes the ultra-stable suspension and high-speed operation of the motor rotor.
Innovation Point 2: Developed a high-efficiency magnetic levitation power drive system, solved technical problems such as the strength of high-speed rotors, high-frequency losses, high-temperature demagnetization, and safety protection, and realized the low-power consumption, low-fault, high-efficiency and reliable operation of the motor system.
Innovation Point 3: Developed a high-efficiency long-life compression system, solved the problem of low service life of work components when the equipment operates at high speed under various corrosive working conditions, and realized the wide-condition high-efficiency operation of the blower system. The energy efficiency index is at the leading level in the industry.
Innovation Point 4: Developed a magnetic levitation remote operation and maintenance control system, solved the problems of low intelligence level, difficult data feature extraction, and high operation and maintenance costs of traditional blowers, and realized remote online monitoring, fault early warning, maintenance and debugging, etc.
Actual Application Effects and Promotion Situation

The magnetic levitation blower technology is an emerging and subversive green and low-carbon industrial technology. Taking a single 150kW magnetic levitation blower as an example, compared with the traditional Roots blower, it can save about 257,000 kWh of electricity annually, about 77.5 tons of energy annually, and about 146.6 tons of carbon dioxide emissions annually. The energy-saving effect is significant. It has been widely applied in high-energy-consuming industries such as cement, sewage treatment, paper making, chemical industry, and thermoelectricity, and has become the main product for energy-saving technical transformation of high-energy-consuming industry enterprises. It has brought significant economic and social benefits to customers and has been highly recognized by them.
